To register an account with abd67, you must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

• Attempting to defraud abd67 or other players through collusion, chip dumping, or match-fixing
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal purpose

abd67 employs automated fraud detection systems and conducts manual reviews of suspicious activity. Any player suspected of prohibited activity may have their account frozen pending investigation, with no obligation on abd67 to disclose the specific grounds for that action.

All content on the abd67 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, audio and video content — is the intellectual property of abd67 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform strictly for personal entertainment purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from abd67
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software
• Use abd67 branding, logos or trademarks without written authorisation
• Create derivative works based on the Platform or its content

• Any loss arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or closure due to Terms violations

abd67 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. Your personal data is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, payment processing and, where you have consented, promotional communications.

abd67 does not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the Platform. All data transfers are conducted over encrypted channels.

You may close your abd67 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account after deducting any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days.

• abd67 may close or suspend your account without notice if: you breach any provision of these Terms; you provide false registration information; you engage in prohibited activities as defined in Section 7; your account fails KYC verification; or we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
• Winnings generated through bonus play where wagering requirements were not legitimately completed will be forfeited upon account closure for Terms violations.
• abd67 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account closure due to Terms violations.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and abd67 arising from your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact abd67 support in the first instance. abd67 operates a formal complaints procedure: complaints submitted via email to [email protected] will receive a written acknowledgement within 48 hours and a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

abd67 does not submit to any specific national jurisdiction and makes no representations about the legality of its services in any particular country. It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that accessing and using the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their location.

abd67 may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, abd67 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 12.
